The SKN-95 air splicer is manual air splicer.

Applicable variety of yarn: cotton, linen, rotor-spun yarn, cotton

spandex core spun yarn.

Applicable density: ① single yarn 120～10Tex ② plied yarn 37×2～5×2Tex

Splicing strength: not less than 80% of original yarn and should meet the requirements of following process.

Splicing diameter: not greater than 1.2 times original yarn

Pressure of compressed air: 0.64～0.75Mpa

Water consumption: 0.008～0.02ml/time

Atomizing medium: purified water.

(the service life of purified water can reach 4～5 days)
